Through travelmimedellin.com or WhatsApp. Skip OTA fees. The system tracks your stays automatically — no card to scan, nothing to sign up for separately.

Stays + spend accumulate.
Every confirmed booking adds to your lifetime stay count and lifetime COP spend. Tier promotions trigger as soon as you cross either threshold — whichever comes first.

Perks apply automatically.
Discounts come off your booking total at checkout. Operational perks (welcome amenity, airport transfer, suite upgrade) are prepped before you arrive. You don't ask for any of it.

How to climb
Designed to be transparent.
Either threshold qualifies.
You hit Silver after 3 stays — OR after one big 5M+ COP booking. A 25M+ COP holiday week jumps you straight to Platinum, regardless of stay count. We don't make you grind.
Tiers are forever.
Once you reach a tier, you keep it. No annual reset. No "requalifying." If you stop staying with us for a while and come back, you're still where you were.
Stack with everything else.
Tier discount applies after promo codes (so FRIENDS15 + your Gold 10% both work). Referral credits stack on top. Per-night dynamic pricing applies before all of it. The total at checkout reflects the lot.
OTA bookings don't count.
Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO bookings don't accumulate toward your tier — they pay those platforms' fees, not us. Direct only. That's the whole point.
