It's a small standard, but it's the standard. None of these are on the tourist track and four of them are walking distance from our apartments.

The cheese pandebono is a small standard. Done right, the cheese is sharp, the dough cracks at the top, and the inside steams when you tear it. Done wrong, it's a sweet soft puck that tastes like cassava flour and apology.

Five panaderías in El Poblado get this right. Four of them are within walking distance of our apartments. Three are open by 6am. None of them are on the main drag.
